Return and Refund Process:
1. Eligibility:
- Applicable for purchases made from www.flowveda.com.
- Returns must be initiated within 60 days from the date of purchase.
- Valid for Starter purchases. Different terms apply for Flow Club memberships, as outlined below.
2. Online Return Form:
- Complete our online return form prior to sending back the product.
- No refunds can be processed until return form is completed and submitted.
Required Information to complete the form:
- Name
- Purchase date
- Invoice number (located in your email order confirmation)
- Reason for returning the product
3. Send Your Return:
All returns should be sent to our fulfillment center at:

- Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
- Securely package the product to prevent damage during transit.

Specific Policies for Club Members:
Membership Flexibility:
- Club Members can switch or cancel their membership at any time.
- If canceling, we request the return of the remaining product for quality inspection.
Price Protection Disclosure:
- The three-year price protection is valid for all memberships started before July 1, 2025.
- Any returns or cancellations of memberships will annul this protection unless the switch or new purchase occurs before July 1, 2025.
- Price protection is void upon cancellation after July 1, 2025 or significant alteration of membership terms as determined in the sole discretion of FlowVeda™.
Starter Returns:
No Requirement for Product Return:
- For returns that meet all criteria within sixty days and have a legitimate reason, returning the remaining product is not necessary.
- This policy is based on our trust in our customers’ honesty and satisfaction with our products.
Fraud Prevention:
- To prevent fraud, returned orders will result in the barring of the email and physical address from future sales.
- If there’s a need to return but a desire to make future purchases, contact sales@flowveda.com with an explanation to potentially unlock the account.
- Purchases from unlocked accounts will no longer be eligible for the 60-day satisfaction guarantee.
