At FlowVeda™ LLC, we stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our products. To ensure a confident and risk-free purchase experience for new customers, we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee for purchases of our Starter Kit made directly from our website, www.flowveda.com.
For our loyal customers and Flow Club members who are familiar with the quality of our products, we promise to refund or replace any damaged or unopened products in line with the Refund Policy outlined below.
New Customer Starter Kit Refund Process
1. Eligibility
- Applicable for purchases made from www.flowveda.com.
- Valid for first-time customers only.
- Valid for Starter Kit purchases only.
- Refund requests must be initiated within 60 days from the date of purchase.
- Different terms apply for existing customers and Flow Club members, as outlined below.
2. Online Refund Instructions
To process your refund request:
- Complete our online Refund Request Form.
Note: Refunds cannot be processed without completing this form. - Provide the following required information:
- Your name.
- Your purchase date (if available).
- Select "60-Day Money-Back Guarantee" as your reason for the refund request.
- Enter your invoice number (located in your email order confirmation).
- Provide a reason for a refund request (optional).
3. No Return Required for Starter Kits
For eligible refund requests submitted through the Refund Request Form within 60 days of purchase, returning the remaining product is not necessary.
- This policy reflects our trust in your honesty, our appreciation for your interest in trying our product, and our commitment to ensuring a confident purchase.
- Refunds will be processed through Shopify Payments and returned to your original payment method.
- Please allow 10–14 business days for the refund to be fully processed.

Specific Policies for Existing Customers and Flow Club Members
4. General Rules of Purchase
- While we aim to provide high-quality products for our Flow Club members and returning customers, most sales are considered final.
- However, we understand unforeseen issues may arise and encourage you to reach out to support@flowveda.com for assistance if needed.
5. Refunds for Damaged Products
If you receive damaged products:
- Complete our Refund Request Form.
Note: Refunds cannot be processed without completing this form. - Provide the following required information:
- Your name.
- Your purchase date (if available).
- Select "Damaged Products" as your reason for the refund request.
- Enter your invoice number.
- Include your email address and a brief description of the issue.
- A customer support representative will contact you to request a photo of the damaged product and determine the best resolution.
Refunds may be issued without the need to return the product. However, if a return is required:
- Customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Refunds will be processed once the product is received and assessed.
Refunds will be issued through Shopify Payments and returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.

6. Returning Products if Requested
If a product return is required, securely package the product to prevent further damage and send it to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Fraud Prevention
To protect against misuse of our Refund Policy:
- Accounts associated with refund requests or returned orders may be barred from future purchases for up to one year at the discretion of FlowVeda™.
- If you wish to appeal this restriction, email sales@flowveda.com with an explanation.
Price Protection Disclosure
- Flow Club members with active memberships as of July 1, 2025, will receive a three-year price protection guarantee.
- Cancellations or membership adjustments after this date may void this protection.
