New Customer FlowVeda® 60-Day Awakening Refund Process

First-time FlowVeda® members are eligible for a full refund on the qualifying first order within 60 days of purchase.

Email support@flowveda.com with your order number to start the request. We do not require the bottle back — once approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Specific Policies for Existing Customers and FlowClub™ Members

Existing customers and FlowClub™ members may request a refund on the most recent shipment within 14 days of delivery for product issues (damage, missing items).

FlowClub™ memberships can be paused, changed, or cancelled at any time from your account or by emailing support. Pre-authorized renewals can be refunded if the request is received before the order ships.

Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to limit refunds where a pattern of abuse is detected (e.g. repeat refund claims with no proof of purchase, or multiple new-customer claims tied to the same household).

Price Protection Disclosure

Promotional pricing applies only to orders placed during the active promotion. We do not retroactively apply promotional discounts to past orders.
